Today I will start becoming a better person, In terms of attitude and body. I have to learn how to be more thankful and grateful for the things I have, the things I have that some people don’t get to experience or be delighted by. I have to be able to work hard to get what I want. I have to live a healthier lifestyle, I need a healthy balanced diet… I have to loose weight. Here it goes, starting today. December 29, 2011.
