Suburban War

Pam, Sixteen, Manila. I am by no means a professional writer (or photogrpaher), I vent. My grammar isn’t perfect and neither is my spelling. I write about the days events, what I’m looking forward to in the future, what bothers me and what makes me happy… whatever is on my mind. If you are at all offended by my posts, my sincerest apologies that you feel as such.

Anonymous: your hair is rebonded? WHY IS IT NOT STIFF

I rarely answer anons but omg people need to know this so they wont waste their money on Rebond… My hair’s relaxed (Keratin Treatment). Everybody goes all like “Rebond is better for the hair, it doesn’t damage it as much as relax.” da f. In my opinion, it damages your hair MORE… while there’s chemical on it, they iron your hair. It may also depend on where you have it done but I think Relax is far better and more affordable. You can see the outcome it has on the hair, at first it’s really nice but then after a few days it’s stiff and dry. Relax also straightens the hair but it doesn’t make it stiff and dry. I get mine done at Bench Fix ATC because I’m so attached to my stylist.. I only feel comfortable with him touching my hair. Yeah after around 9 months my hair becomes unruly then I have it relaxed again. It’s not that i’m ashamed of my hair before, it’s just that it’s so hard to fix up and shizz. BUT who knows on what I said above, that’s all my opinion. I’ve only met ONE person who’s hair is rebonded yet really naturally looking nice.
